Price of gold vs shares of GGA

Price of gold vs shares of GGAHi everyone, can someone explain me the fact that last year (2016) GGA was at  .30 when the price of gold was about $1320 per ounce?

Now whit the price of gold at $ 1330 per ounce why the share price is still at .10?

Is it a buy ??
