Judging from the amount of ignors Dante and Chrystal have 75 and 55 respectively I would suggest that what they think or their opinions are far from being received as important or desired by most of the readers on this site. It's obvious from their posts that they know nothing of the problems associated with launching a new product and the ramping up of it's production. My favorite saying is "Every day production runs good is one day closer to the next big Screw Up." It's how mangement  reacts to these issues/mistakes that determines how great a company is. It's about corrective actions, continous improvement and moving on. Good job DynaCERT. 
Chrystal in reponse to YOUR queen's english remark to 5th Gear. How many languages do you speak and write fluently?
