What dilution are you referring to may I ask (may I ask 'again' really)?. Are you referring to the one on 10/17 for 5M?  Or the more recent ones of $4.4M on  6/1/16 to go after Colbalt Suphate. Or perhaps the $17.5M that just happened in February.   I am not worred about the recent ones because we make up for that in the ability to process Cobalt Sulphate at a premimum, and you Dilution is always port of the game... you can't build a mine without financing.

I just don't see what you are referring to... there is not large scale dilution, and you never actually respond to the question.

So again. What dilution are you referring to?  ECS received 12M from sale of the Refinery on 11/23/2013, and ECS carried no debt. They had a short staff for 2014 and 2015, but that was covered w/ the 12M.

So again. What dilution are you referring to?
