the short sellers and scared competitors retorical comments to all this will likely be "well GLH had to give up shares" imagine that raising money and giving up shares, must be the first time in the history of public companies that has happened. 

BTW- have you noticed that nothing negative is  being said about how the company operates since Don left. Wilson is slowly turning the ship around.
