RE:Rights offeringReminds me a bit of IBG a bit about three years ago.
Stock was trading around 2.40, rights offering to shareholders at 1.60.
Stock fell to the 1.60 level for a bit. After the rights offering closed and business improved stock now trades at 6.60.
Different businesses but both with large insider share holdings and improving business prospects at the time.
Make of it what you will but I think the situation is somewhat similiar.
I think this is a dramatic game changer in an already improving business.
