It's possible.  Should be a good buying opportunity this month.  I think redeeming the debentures for shares is a mistake by management, because the redemption price keeps moving lower with the stock.  It's basically a stealth offering as large as the offering AI just announced, but that one has a fixed price.  They could have done a $13.00 offering with the stock at $13.50 and redeemed the debentures for cash.

I expect that any shares I buy in the next 60 days will look good a year from now.
