Problem with a takeout:

1) CRH is likely too small to be of interest to large healthcare players....won't move their bottom line much.......

2) Private equity firms may be interested, but the whack of partnerships CRH has may be a little too messy for a private equity firm to want....

Assuming there is interest in the company, the question then becomes what the offer price would be............

I can't imagine any entity paying more than around 30% above market for it, so the upper end of any deal would likely be around $3.75 - $4.00 a share which would probably be a disappointment to many current shareholders........
