So the Japanese/Olympus are slow, careful, and not aggressive - really?
See Newark NJ  March 16/2016. Olympus pays over 600,000,000 (yup that's million) for bribes including kickbacks to institutions, doctors, clinics in exchange for using their equipment. It also offered money for research grants in return for purchases.
The only thing they were 'slow' about apparently was hiring a Compliance Officer, John Slowik, who when he blew the whistle on them was entitled to $51 million fom criminal and civil settlements.
