To me was profit taking and a huge chunk of warrants.

When those warrants are done (which wont be long) the company will have $4M in their bank account, a $800M 10 year deal (USD) and roughly a $15-$16M market cap.

I dont see how this doesnt move big time short term. Whens the last time you saw 40M shares trade on the venture?
