Truth is, he was put there to do a job... not to help CSK's shareholders...

If that deal would have been done at 0,55-0,60$, my opinion would be different...

but the fact that it was done at 0,76$ is just a freaking joke!  And nobody sane in their mind would conclude a deal at this price!  Unless you are the worst negociator ever!
