RE:RE:how is the price not higher? 430000 sqf of growing spacestill makes no sense to me, we know pp will be closed by the 8th. and even with no news of future plans we know what the are sitting on. 430000 sqf, and permits that are exclusive to this company in all of africa. with that knowledge alone dont you think this should be higher?? honestly just confused to why this isnt reaching new highs everyday.
