RE:RE:NEWS after market close Sept 6I guess they decided to respond to the trading activity.  

Looks like 67% of debenture holders elected for shares. so there should be about 1.7M shares issued.  I doubt those new shareholders will be inclined to sell at a loss, so I'll be curious to see the price they're issued at.  Today's strength is good for existing shareholders since we're still in the 20 day period that determines that price, but I would have preferred this NR a few days later as I didn't get as much as I wanted under $12.35.
