Some people just don't know when to stop throwing good money after bad.
Bruce tried to defend $0.09 with a few minor purchases. Even he gave up likely using the excuse of some sort of self imposed "blackout" since that's his favourite trick. It can only be self imposed since he is essentially a one man show given the irrelevant and desinterested BOD.
