The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

Could a merger be in the works.... is a major Gold company taking a position.. i am sensing we will get some unexpected news...something that may pleasantly surprise us. Remember this is not your norml JR this is basically a plug and play mine with MILLIONs invested in infastructure by previous owners.. few of these types of Gold mines around. Best of luck everyone!
