I'm not assuming you're a moron, in fact I was being a little laudatory regarding your desire to do something.

Here's how I see it breaking down: you want to open communication with the Company. That communication will go one of two ways:

1. You expect the Company to communicate information to you. The only benefit to this would be if they were going to communicate information that was not already publicly available. Which they are not going to do.
2. You expect to communicate something to the Company. This could be any number of things, but the only useful things would be things that could help the Company make positive changes.

I'm not at all assuming you're a moron, but in the absence of any proof ot the contrary I will believe that the current managment and BOD are better equipped to run the company than you or me or any other small investor.

Bear in mind that any time spent communicating with shareholders directly is time they are not spending running the company. I'm okay with this if said communication will yield positive results, but right now I can't see how that could happen.
