RE:RE:Why so cheapI think there are other issues also.

1. The business is a little complicated. We have a school that educates people and then a housing development company also. If you like one business, but not the other, you will most likely pass on the company. Maybe they should split the business into two to give concentration. Investors like pure plays. Also the real estate gains adds to income, but it is not cash flow and can evaporate in a correction. 

2. I need to investigate this more, but who are these limited partners in the real estate. Is this chinese money? Is it legit money. I hope we are not a conduit for money laundering money into Canada. 

I own the stock, but I would like to see the education business make steady gains in income. If being a landlord is a better business, then spin out the education business.
