RE:Keep LOW Balling and Keep LOADING===it is LEGAL in USA!mram are you holding shares right now or are you trying to get in lower? I would hope you have a core position at this level at  least. It looked like the SP was going to touch 19.5 and possibly go lower  today a handful of times but it seems to me like it's being held down and propped up at the same time from 21-20 cents strategically.
