Minera San Rafael is analyzing the decision to make sure they can resume operations without risk:
"We are doing the analysis to know what it asks - the CSJ - and until we do not have the analysis we can not start operating until we are clear with that," Davila said.
Dvila also indicated that the company recognizes that there are xinca populations in Guatemala, but the same state institutions, such as the National Registry of Persons and the National Institute of Statistics, do not identify that in the communities where the environmental impact study was applied the mining town inhabit these towns.
