I have always felts GGM **stunk** as an investment. Why?

I have always felts GGM **stunk** as an investment. Why?1) Well, the news releases always point out that a "fire" destroyed the building years ago.  Stinks big time. Why?  Well, obviously it leaves investors to think that they left "so much gold" in the ground but really that is just an investor's mind working that way. The perfect play on an investor's mind. If there was so much gold left, whey didn't they just build the building back up right away?  Hint, hint, hint!
2) The news release this past Friday is just an MOU!?!?!?!!!!
Wow!  After all these years you just get an MOU?  Plus the two companies share directors (mentioned in the news release)?  No wonder you get "at least an MOU".  Stinks to me.
3) This company really gives me the impression that it's "playing" the investors, almost like a pyramid scheme, trying to get new investors and new money to keep the game going and keep the older investors "somewhat happy and eternally hopeful".
