For your information - and probably as you well know already -

(a) Peyto has operations in both BC and Alberta

(b) Peyto already has has operations in both the Alberta Deep Basin and the Montney. In fact some their best results of late have been achived in the Spirit River area of Montney. Hence their possible interest in acquiring further holdings.
