They have taken on debt for this transaction so I wouldn't get to excited solely on the word production.
They have to service the debt they have to share with RIC and we do not know the margins in running this small operation.
I have been through the "In production" by acquisition by an explorer and has seen disasters.
I know one instance where 3 years after buying a property debt is still piling up for the company and shares printed like baseball cards.
I hope MQR puts out a presentation if not a conference call.
Like the Beacon mill purchase they just bought it and that was it.
Both RIC and Probe are having conference calls so maybe there might be something there about the sales.
The porperties seem to be near proximity to MQR property which is good,
Depending on mill capacity MQR might now have a extra mill but we won't know without details.
I always say one should ignore the headline and first paragragh of any news release as that is where are the fluff is. The part most people do not read is the important part.
In this case there is not much detail or important part.
Waiting for MQR to comment. Again, hopefully they put out a presentation.
