Yes, you can short if there is stock available to short. With less shares who knows, not much volume. But in the states do not believe you can short restricted stock.

I heard on the venture if you put your shares up for sale say at a crazy high price like 1.00 they are deemed not available for shorting.

In any case not long til KRs wedding so who knows when we will hear something.
