The company spent 25 million on acquiring the Quebec gas project back in 2008, and it has been writen down on the books to $1..... But now the situation has changed in Quebec, government wants to develop the oil gas properties.....
That reversal would add 45 cents back to the book value. Plus working capital puts the book value at 55 cents
