About Joburke
The property is underlain by a diverse array of metavolcanic rocks and interbedded metasediments and iron formation. Rock units dip steeply to the north and strike northeast, north of the MacKeith Lake fault and southeast, south of the fault. The stratigraphy consistently faces north. The fault zone surrounding the MacKeith Lake fault contains brecciated fragments of chert, iron formation, lamprophyre and talc chlorite schist
