Black Cloud is still Hanging

Black Cloud is still Hanging Heavily invested in both WEED and APH so not bashing here.........Until this TMX issue is resolved, I'm not confident in ANY movement with the SP. Has anyone got any news or educated insight when this "ruling" will be put to bed.
