Most companies fail cause they try "ride the pony that got them there" when reality is as companies evolve so is the need for top management too as well.

Public companies are a totally different beast and need the guidance of experienced people. Namaste has grown VERY quickly and at this point inexperience can be the difference as to whether or not the company can become profitable. I bet if you asked management there are lots of mistakes they made that have cost them more money than what was necesary.
