yikes!Most of this management team have been involved with numerous failures...and no - they haven't been one of the top gainers ytd - anywhere. They bought assets that no one else wanted, and the reason the metrics looked inexpensive is because of netbacks (extremely low), abandonment liabilities (very high) and lack of up-side. 

Why AIMCO dropped money into this company is beyond me - they can service their debt, I guess - but they are going to have immense difficulty adding real value in this area. 

There's a lot of double-xl ego and small-sized ability at this one, in my opinion.
