Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:CGCs new greenhouse compared to Phase III

RE:CGCs new greenhouse compared to Phase IIIGoBlue,

Let me see if I have this right.  If the numbers below are correct, Aphria will able to produce 2.5 times the yield per square foot compared to Canopy.

Both Aphria and Canopy have plans to expand their respective greenhouses to one million square feet.  However,  Aphria is projecting 100,000 KG production while Canopy is projecting 40,000 KG.

Why the big discrepency in yield?

Maybe there is merit behind the IP licensing agreements that Aphria has entered into with Copperstate, Liberty Health Sciences, Nuuvera and possibly Ohio (Schottenstein) should they be granted a cultivation License.
