Until the LCBO starts handing out prescriptions, I'm of the opinion that Pharmacies become part of the distribution channel for medical cannabis.

Standing Committee on Health is holding hearings all this week.

Both the Canadian Association for Pharmacy Distribution Management and Canadian Pharmacists Association made presentations to the Health committee yesterday. They made very compelling arguments that Pharmacies should be included in the distribution channel for medical marijuana.

To quote Vic..."its not a question of if, but when". Not sure when the decsion will be made to include Pharmacies in the supply chain, but it will happen.
