1.how much did it actually sell for. i dont care about 'proposed transactions" "proposed" isn't final
2. when is close date after all the reno's.
3 whats profit after ALL the renos. Profit is after all what everyone seems to be focused on each quarter.
I dont need to hear "proposed" and "nice" profit... if it is so "good", give a flipping number. As i have said many times, they are quick to crow about this or that but when it comes to actual numbers like profit on a building sale or whether or not the card access purchase paid itself off after a typical 2.5 ROI, they seem to be silent, Boasting is fine, but back it up with proof. Until one hears profit amount aftr all the renos, one should remain skeptical. Surely to goodness they had a budget when they entered into the renos! they would know at time of offer to sell what thier expected profit would be. if not, then..... .
