What can be done now?
What can be done now?
So right now you are probably thinking... ok, I don't want to sell to FCC... those guys are already playing me right now with the conversion ratio... I definately don't want them to drive my investment, how can I trust someone that just played me??
My question is, don't worry!! CSK is more then capable to operate on itself!
Actually, CSK's properties are probably the best properties in the entire Cobalt camp... and... it's permitted for a mill that cost peanuts to put back in working order!
FCC is making you think that CSK isn't worth alot... but it's A BIG LIE!
That's why they kicked the SP... don't forget CSK was in the front row not long ago in the Cobalt Camp area... and suddenly got relayed to the back following the terminaison of the refinery LOI! Refinery that FCC has probably no intention of operating since it will cost around 30-40 million $$ to put in working order!
Actually, a group of people are organizing a plan B for CSK right now... they are looking at the possibility to operate CSK quickly... using the 6600 tons of material that can be quickly process to generate between 3-5 million $ (yeah, right now, market strangely give CSK a market cap of 12 million $) and then reopen the mill!
From that point, they will be looking to put everything in working order... Exploit the millions of tons of rock already on the property, run those stockpiles throught the mill, and ship the mineral by train to a refinery (that is what FCC is gonna do boys, don't expect the refinery to be in working mode soon!)
WIth all that cash flow... the new group will do 2 things... give you an hefty dividend every years... and use part of the profit to increase the ressource by drilling the properties...
Now, if you prefer to have a tiny piece of a company with a heavy float of 200 million shares (and wait after the possible financing they will do!) or do it with a respectable float of 85 million shares where your investment is worth something... then it's up to you to vote NO!
But don't be scared... some people are working behind the scene to bring you that second option!
