The board has devolved into noise and pissing contests.
But for what it is worth, I am fairly certain that there has been reasonable transparency of the part of ESM and the Romanian government. All the hand wringing will not speed things up or change anything. Have a beer, watch a movie and then be pleasantly surprised when the permit is granted...as it most certainly will. When? Exactly then.
