Alberta’s approach to cannabis legalization

Alberta’s approach to cannabis legalizationAfter Ontario's recent announcement of how they will proceed with the federal government's legalization of marijuana, I can't imagine that Alberta will follow the same path. Im no expert in the matter though. Either way, I can't imagine the Alberta government opening up shops like Ontario plans to do to control its sales. Wouldn't it be nice if Alberat just let the liquor stores step up to sell it for them? It's not completely self serving after all: if I make a huge gain in this stock and sell, the government gets its capital gains tax right? It's a win-win as far as I see it ;-)
