Or mis-perception.  It spiked one day, 5 months ago, (not 3 or 4) to an all time high of 1.36 but never closed above 1.29.  So of course, being who you are, you take that intra-day spike as your jumping off point.  Currently trading at 1.03, so that's down 26% from that intra day high (not 30%).  So being who you are, you'll just "round" that off to 30%.

Reality?  3 months ago it was trading in the 1.05 to 1.10 range, so it's down 5% or so from there.  4 months ago it was trading in the 1.10 to 1.15 range so it's down 10% or so from there.  Not good.  But not down 30% from anything in the time range you mention.  In fact, not down 30% from anything ever. 

One must ask, why would you want to mis-represent the facts, seinfeld1?
