not to often do you get to buy a company for 7 cents ,,,that

not to often do you get to buy a company for 7 cents ,,,thatis making money albeit miniscule,,600000 debt with insiders and a pipeline of credible product due to hit the market soon...they have recuring revenue that pays the bills,,,whats not to like as a great speculative play for 7 cents a share..
