RE:Rare Earths Alert: A correction but not a reversal

Saying that a market will correct is like saying the sun will rise tomorrow. So I don't disagree with this article per se, but... I don't know how it is even possible to have a report on rare earths and not even mention DND, Apple, Trump, North Korea, or that consumption is set to quintuple in the next decade. The very fact that China wields so much influence in the market is the problem.
