Maybe D. LEnigas is executing his planI'm intrigued and grateful for the various well thought out posts that people like Tx, Rhino, Etinger, mycats, etc - For those unmentioned then my apologies - have posted re the future of ARV and NVO. So done a little digging into ARV chair profile to see what David might be all about.
Starting of, in his own words from "I'm David Lenigas"
https://www.davidlenigas.com/i-am-david-lenigas/
"The world is changing. Fast. There are incredible opportunities out there. My job is to try to spot them, and make them happen."
Now take a look at the projects that ARV is into: https://artemisresources.com.au/projects/projects-overview/
1) West Pilbara – Gold/ Base Metals/Iron Ore
2) Munni Munni – Platinum and Platinum Group Elements
3) Eastern Hills – Antimony
4) Mt Clement – Gold
and who knows what other ones are not in the public view.
So I would like to postulate that perhaps David's aim is to build ARV into a multi faceted company, either by acquisition or inheriting the work of his predecessors, the spin off when appropriate sub components to other interested parties (eg Au, Pb, Pl, Li). If this proves out, then ARV will be "sold" off to some future bidder while ARV home will continue on its journeys as (eg) Purdy's Reward.
Not that different scenario than already painted by others except for simple inderlying principal that I think ARV brd purposely brought David onto the ARV brd to facilate this aim of monitizing the various, and at first pass, seemingly disjointed assets that form the ARV arsenal.
lastly, my daughter worked in Sydney for several yrs in their wonderful hospital there. One Christmas she sent me a bottle of Marmite, which I found unpalatable but appreciated the gift fm "my girl"just the same. So when I read in "I'm David Lenigas the following, fond memories were rekindled.
"I have a great band of supporters but what I do is not for everybody. The term ‘Marmite’ has been used of me. I quite like Marmite on toast, but Vegemite is better."
Disclosure: I'm Cdn and far away from Aust so might be misunderstanding the situation re ARV. Am not an ARV shareholder but do own NVO.
