RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Warrant amendment approvedExactly, the main point of reducing the shares was to have them in a position that they could be exercised and raising cash for the company to get them through to the next stretch. Although I agree the warrants would have expired worthless in December assuming the price did not climb above .20, reducing the warrant price lower to get them in exercise range was the more important issue vs trying to raise 3-5 Million $ in a new share issue which would definitely have hurt the stock price and take time and cost.  

I don't really agree with paying for the warrants if they are not going to be exercised but maybe this was done so the warrants were not quickly exercised and then dumped hurting the share price.

Just my thoughts
