Insiders can only sell after that date only if the sp trades at .15 or higher for 10 consecutive trading days so 2 weeks . They had a nr 4 months ago about this and they just released another nr TODAY confirming this . Simple as that . No bids are gonna be filled at 5c imo  youd be  lucky to get in under 9.5
