Great post Gold happy.

Its part of what take outs are all about. No debt and corporate taxable benefits in the multi millions. Quebec is known for being mining corporation positive in exploration and operations. One of the safest and best places in the world to operate any mine.

From my past experience with LSG - MTO has all the same markings of a buyout similar to Tahoe taking out LSG just below $2. We had the same type of bashing taking place but the crew that was in that play called it to a tee. Many LSG shareholders did quite well so a word of warning to the longs here, the 3 amigos and the one alcoholic are to be ignored totally. From what I read they are not here for any shareholders benefit at all.
