RE:WarrantsIt doesn't matter if it's six months or two years. At any time during the three year time frame if and when it trades at .15 or higher for 10 consecutive closing dates.
The warrants will then be forced to accelerate with a written notice to all warrant holders that they have 30 days to execute their warrants at .08 cents or they expire.
So yes a higher share price is good for them and us.
