lost of ownership

lost of ownershipI must be an idiot because i can't understand why in the past to protect CSR value, GGM give it away and retained only +- 20% stake in CSR .
The next step is to preserve Granada value. It will probably be transfered  to CSR for another 20% ownership of CSR .
The end result will be that the old stockholder will end up with less than 40% of both sites.
And even less if dilution is done  after in CSR to  borrow money for a mill.
I realy hope that my understanding and conclusion is wrong.
Fernand
