Not sure why you said 'mostly bad' though. I've been in this stock since 2004. We worked through the local population, the Enviromental assessment, then the BFA,  all in the expected time frame. Then in 2007, we received the initial funding which allowed us to complete half. We recieved the 80 million in bonds (which we had to pay back), and had 'secured' financing.  The 'secured' financing of course fell through when the world wide mining industry cratered after the Great Recession. 

So by 'mostly bad' I assume you mean from 2012 through 2017.  Yep, the mining industry cratered for sure. However that had nothing to do with (in your assessment) of  the ' economics of this relatively small niche mine'.  Everyone cratered. Look at KAT, who tooka 20x increase in dilution to get through the tough times. Look at copper prices, nickel prices, etc.
