This shark you have created is a heavy beast and is heavily favoured to the KL/Novo camp so if this is the case and within the law of the JV I will play it this way.

DL : Thankyou for the offer Eric but due to the significants of "our" discovery , we have discussions with a couple of JAWS over the next couple of weeks . Oh and I think they will be in touch with you so good luck mate.

So I am saying Artemis has a backer with very deep pockets and is the equivalent to what ES is to Novo.

the sharks that swim around the Pilbara could very easily eat them all if in fact it was declared wits2.

Now be careful and think again:  What is being offered in our ES game only pertains the lands associated with the NVO/ARV JV.  Artemis has already forfeited control and management of these lands and got paid 4 million in NVO shares.   Aretmis has no legal authority to be discussing anything with anyone.  They are out of the picture except interms of a %50 development cost and eventual 50% profit somewhere down the road when NVO decides to generate revenue.

But what you do bring up (albiet out of context of the game) is actually part of Act 2 of the Demise of Artemis.  And this is where ARV investors (which I am one) could really gain big time.  And I expect the "sharks that swim around the Pilbara" to be gathering.

Hmmm ok well your not giving DL to much to play with considering the JV conditions in this game so let's see if I can do something with the intent to NOT hand over Artemis.

DL: Thanks for your offer Eric but we would like to continue with the terms of the JV and will happily contribute ( as per the JV 50/50 arrangement) to move this project forward . Once you have revised the short and long term business plan of the JV project please forward it on to me to review and possibly sign off if it is reasonable and workable within the JV arrangements . Our lawyers will initiate the deadlock clause should this project stall or is not continued in the best interest of the JV. In the meantime we will continue with works on our other tenniments not associated within the JV.

Since the results are leading to a wits2 find Artemis has had a leg bitten off by a major injecting cash .

the only way around this is to reflect your play number 2 you refer to.....unless Artemis just sold all there copper stock pile and do some other deals on there tenniments not in the JV. I don't actually think ES would have enough $$ to work all 38 tenniments but anyway.
