Pee Wee Koven CAUGHT!!The fact is Electrovaya is not a member, Litarion is.  From what the OSC says is that if Litarion signs an agreement with someone in Germany the OSC has no way of making Electrovaya announce it in Canada.  Also Electrovaya is not  sector heavy weight.
Just wait It is coming and you can not stop it.  Have fun bashing but it won't work.
