"China will soon introduce" - Soon - is why no msm China has been planning this since February.  They have not yet launched.
Bigger news today is that Maduro of Venezuela has in fact announced that Venezuela will no longer accept USD for oil.  He has published a price list for crude oil priced in CNY Chinese yuan.
He has said that all future oil contracts must be settled in CNY.  That is present fact, and is significant because CNY is convertible to gold in the Hong Kong gold exchange, and Venezuela has the largest pool of oil reserves in the world.
