Looks like Norther Vine nor ATT no longer own any part of Experion. Not sure what we got out of it though. We now own all of Northern Vine, but not sure if the shares Northern Vine gets, will be worth anything monetarily? If anyone sees anything else here, please let us know.

Hopefully (I think) the RTO happens, and this is a done deal. Then you can expect a deal for Testing being completed between Experion and Northern.
