North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Vulnerable to M&A according to Scotia...i don't get why Scotio uses a capex of 500 million USD for Timok ... the PEA from the last operator said 200 Million USD...

i can life with 300 millionUSD for an simple DSO-operation for the upper zone...  but 500 million is too much....  


..this is from the last PEA...

  • Pre-production capital of US$213m for Phase 1 starter DSO mine.
  • The following capital would be funded from operation cash flow: Phase 2, 1 Mtpa flotation start up capital of US$78m, further sustaining capital of US$149m to increase and maintain production of 2Mtpa (including contingencies at 25%).
