RE:RE:Confirmation: The ICSID Tribunal was constituted on 09/11/17 Mubadala would not stop this case, they do not want to upset their own permitting. They are treading lightly as a matter of fact to gain permission to begin their own operations. Quite honestly I do wish Minesa had that kind of clout, but the Arbitration process is in full swing, Freshfields has been at this for quite some time, loads of money spent already.
When are you going to stop living out this fantasy. This is corruption at every turn from Anna, Amber Paulson Tenor & the obstructionist position in Colombia itself. Wake up from your naive pollyanna solutions, this is war >> all out >> take no prisoners from every angle. If you for one minute think this is all going to vansih due to the savior Minesa, you are mistaken. There is blood in the streets & the wild dogs hungry with greed will not loosen their grip on hundreds of millions of $s.
Cantretire I am not attacking anyone, I am being realistic. You boast your contrary untrusting posts, do something about it. If you can take down the Alphas I am ALL for it, it will just take millions $s to do so. That's IF one could even prevail against their tightly framed contracts.
I am truthfully sorry, (for myself & all minority share holders) but we have been duped. That is duped from the very beginning since the "out of the blue" PR of July 22, 2016. So harp away but it will take much more then these toothless regulators to over turn this Agreement (a clear shareholder majority coalition now rules) from passage.
I am in all honesty offering a view point that is substantially filled with common sense of what lies ahead. At the very least we do have two members of the Board that made an attempt to take on the Billionaires. We shall all see how this settles, I for one expect we suffer losses, no doubt. It's ironic, cantretire, sailor et al profane my posts as attacks, but just once actually read them. Why attack me, put your money where you mouth is. Serve up the "good fight" I sure as hell can't afford it, but would 110% support it. From way, way back in posts I have said Arbitration will be the spearhead, that has now materialized. I'd just like to know the "damages" being claimed by Eco Oro!
