Its Air Canada Vacations is a tour operator, which is engaged in developing, marketing, and distributing vacation travel packages in the outbound/inbound leisure travel market. Air Canada Rouge is Air Canada's leisure carrier.

The dividend is what I'm banking on which I think will result in tremendous short term upside. Despite the debt. Not being of investment grade just yet, I think implementing a dividend shows the market that this is indeed an investment grade opportunity.
